Yuan-Sing Chang graduated from San Diego Sate University, California. After graduation he worked for Marin Management a hotel management company based out of Sausalito, CA. During his 2 years with Marin Management, he assisted in the opening of the Hampton Inn Tropicana, Las Vegas, Royal Scandanavian Inn in Solvang, CA, and the Holiday Inn Express in Oakland, CA. After working with Marin Management he became project manager for 168 Development and assisted in the development process of Hilton Garden Inn (Gilroy, CA) in 2001; Yuan Sing successfully completed the project within budget and on schedule. He then worked for BT Commercial San Jose as a commercial real estate agent for 7 years where he assisted landlords and tenant in their commercial real estate transaction needs totaling over $200 million dollars in sales and leases. Yuan-Sing’s clients included Legacy partners, Kimco, Reef, Kumon, Randstadt, and Red Ribbon Bakery. At the end of his term with BT Commercial he became one of the top producers in the San Jose office. After his term with BT Commercial he became Atman Hospitality’s Vice President. He became LEED accredited and managed the construction, development and opening of the environmentally conscious Gaia Napa Valley Hotel in American Canyon, CA, (the world’s first LEED Gold Hotel), and Gaia Shasta in Anderson, CA which just received LEED silver certification.
Yuan-Sing Chang is also a partner with Synergy California Regional Center and assists in the business development for the company. He is currently procuring commercial deals with Intero Commercial.
